As someone who has spent most of my life overweight, including almost 20 years weighing in anywhere between 21 and 24 stone, I know from experience what a seemingly insurmountable challenge it can seem to be able to not only lose weight, but to keep it off.
After years of personal pain and frustration, followed up by a long period of quite brutal self-examination, I finally realised what the answer was, and it is exactly the same for MOST people with long term weight issues, and it is this:
"We use food for everything except its intended purpose, We reach for food because we are bored, or angry, or upset..... we seek comfort in food, whether to cheer us up or reward ourselves, and we don't even realise we are doing it."
But now here is the bit I cannot stress enough - It is NOT your fault!
If you do nothing else, please read that line again...... because unless you made a conscious decision however many years ago to pile on the weight, which I am sure you didn't, then I can categorically state that, no matter what anyone else may have told you..... it is NOT YOUR FAULT!!!

What is SMARTT Weight Management?
SMARTT Weight Management is my way of helping you reach your goals by setting small targets, developing tiny habits, giving you things that are achievable and realistic in a set timeframe, and using hypnotherapy and coaching to get you there.
Time and time again we are sold lies by diet companies (who, in my opinion peddle misery and failure as their mainstay) - I will be realistic with you, I will help you and guide you and together we will come up with a plan with sensible, easy wins which will get you to where you want to be.
During our time together we will also discover the root cause of your relationship with food and address this.  We will also deal with any cravings in a positive manner.
My 6 session program WILL see you drop a dress size or trouser size in a month, and you will do it without trying.
The 4 sessions will take place over 4 weeks with 2 further sessions two week apart will help you settle into your new way of eating ensuring your goals as you keep on your path to success.

How Does Hypnosis for Weight loss really work?
Hypnosis provides the missing element that diets and coaching do not.... It resolves the underlying causes!
Your 'unhealthy' habits are doing something that has a positive intention - perhaps to alleviate boredom, or help you to feel good/provide comfort, and pleasure...
Your subconscious has learned this well. So well in fact that it repeats the action over and over without the need for you to even have to think about it.... even if you have decided that you no longer want to!
But it can be easy to change... This inner conflict can be resolved.
Diets leave an internal battle, a constant fight between willpower and habit, one which habit always has the upper hand.
Hypnotherapy is a much more effective way to resolve this, and deliver a knockout punch to that habit.
With my program you will be able to achieve your goals AND enjoy the foods you love!

How do the sessions work?
My SMARTT Weight Management is split into 6 sessions.
The first session is for defining which routes to take. Some people are emotional eaters, some eat through boredom, some were trained from a young age to "finish your plate" or "think of all the starving people".... all these underlying issues play a massive part the way our mind has formed a relationship with food, and these, along with other reasons, will need to be addressed.
I will use a tailored version of my BLITZ Empowerment Protocol which has been adapted specifically towards weight loss to empower you to succeed on your journey.
The following sessions will address specific needs and positively reinforce your new ways of thinking that we have previously discussed.
Throughout your journey we can discuss your progress and they way you are feeling, positives and negatives, and work accordingly.
After the initial 4 sessions I offer 2 more fortnightly sesisons to see how you are getting on and continue the positive re-inforcement until they become second nature.
